Location and Brief History
CoCo View is blessed with a great location, easy access to the water and terrific facilities.

The CoCo View Resort is located on the south shore of Roatan, the largest of the Honduras Bay Islands. It is situated 35 miles off the north coast of Honduras.

Because of it's location on the windward side of the island the CoCo View Resort enjoys a constant gentle breeze from prevailing winds of the Caribbean.

CoCo View was founded in 1983 by Bill and Evelyn Evans. The Evans family sold the resort in 2004 to Carl and Elizabeth Midkiff. The Midkiff family maintain the traditional laid back comfort and excellent diving that the guests at the CoCo View Resort have come to expect.

Accommodations
There are 26 guest rooms at CoCo View Resort that are either built at the water's edge or directly over it. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and air-conditioned. Decorated in traditional Honduran woods, textiles and colors.

10 Oceanfront air-conditioned rooms built on the water's edge, all with private porches or balconies. King or double/single bed configuration available.

12 Over-the-Water Cabanas: Spacious and air-conditioned with an over the water deck and incredible views. Double/single bed configuration.

4 Bungalows: Private porches and mini-fridges, 2 kings, 2 doubles, air-conditioned.
