About Roatan & the villas
Island Pearl, in Roatan, one of the three most beautiful islands of the Gulf of Honduras, is built in perfect harmony with the tropcial vegetation.

Hidden behind the sea grape and coconut trees it offers you the privacy of an intimate caribbean beach hotel with the luxury of a (still) little known paradise. Located on West Bay beach it is the perfect place for honeymoons and families.

"I grew up in the Alpes under the Mont Blanc, climbing and skiing until my departure for Africa where I lived in the bush with the Malinkes, for some exceptional years. Then I traveled throughout Latin America for many years, lived with the Jivaros in the amazon, crossed the Patagonie by foot on my own and one day I arrived in Roatan, in 1992.

Lainie, a Canadian is a diving instructor and she traveled the islands and the oceans before arriving in Roatan where we met."
